Sinclair Square in Watertown, SD, is a new retail development that includes prominent tenants like Lewis Drug and Montgomery’s Furniture. The development is spearheaded by Sinclair Land and Cattle Co., owned by the Sinclair family, and in partnership with Crestone Companies.
Lewis Drug opened its doors in early 2023, becoming the first tenant in Sinclair Square. The development also features Tropical Smoothie Cafe, which offers a range of food options including sandwiches, wraps, salads, flatbreads, quesadillas, and smoothies. The cafe is expected to open in mid-2023 and provides dine-in, drive-thru, curbside pickup, and delivery services.
Sinclair Square is strategically located between Highway 212 and Jensen Avenue, with a new main entrance on Highway 212. The project includes four separate buildings, and future businesses are expected to be announced soon. The de.pment aims to generate job growth and expand shopping opportunities in Watertown and the surrounding areas.
