The Northern Plains Clinic building is designed to house three separate suites. Suite 1 will be occupied by VanLaecken Orthodontics, and Suite 2 by Prairie Ridge Endodontics. Suite 3 is still available and ready to be built to suit future tenants. The facility features a central atrium that serves as a welcoming space for visitors, with common restrooms accessible from the atrium to accommodate all suites.
