In 2017, RSA provided architectural design services to Beck and Hofer Construction for the K&M Tire Warehouse in Beresford, SD. The building includes 156,000 square feet of bulk tire storage area, 21 dock doors, and 1,000 square feet of office, restroom, and break area.

In 2020, RSA was once again contacted to provide services for K&M Tire, this time for a 53,000 square-foot addition, expanding the total square footage of the facility to just under 210,000 square feet of warehouse space. The space was carefully planned to allow for efficient forklift flow throughout the entire space.
