RSA designed the JansMick warehouse as a Design/Build project with Jans Corporation. It is a 60,000 square foot, precast multi-tenant distribution center located in northwest Sioux Falls with direct interstate access.

The building was positioned on the site to provide parking and on-grade access along one side of the structure and standard dock access along the other. Each tenant suite has been developed to have a small office for business operations, drive-in access for vans or straight box trucks, warehouse storage, and anywhere from one to six dock doors depending on the suite. Knock-outs were created in the precast for additional future dock doors.

The roof has a single slope to the rear of the building to efficiently drain to one side, and a clear structure height of more than 19’ on the low end allows for high pile storage throughout. The high end of the building allows for additional mezzanine storage above each office for additional efficiency.

RSA has designed a number of build-outs within the warehouse for various companies as well.
