RSA is currently working with Southeastern Electric Cooperative on the design of a 15,000 square foot office addition. The addition includes 22 new offices, 2 conference/board rooms, 3 open office workspaces, a 9,000+ square foot training room, plus all the support spaces. Careful planning is underway to keep the existing office space operational during construction.

RSA designed the original office and maintenance facility for Southeastern Electric in 2009. The facility serves the needs of the Sioux Falls area. The office area is 5,340 square feet, with a reception and waiting room, seven offices, a meeting room, break room, crew room with connected wash room, crew locker room & storage area, utility room, and an ADA-compliant restroom. The shop is 23,600 square feet, with twelve spaces for interior truck parking, five maintenance bays (which includes an overhead crane and wash bay), a storage area, and a service island. The site also includes an outdoor storage yard.
