Our team designed a new office building with an attached warehouse for Overhead Door Company in Sioux Falls, SD. This project features a lightweight metal construction office building, with a pre-engineered metal building (PEMB) warehouse seamlessly integrated into the structure. The office space was created to enhance functionality and includes a small showroom area, lobby, reception, training room, break room, and office space to accommodate staff and visitors. The adjacent warehouse, significantly larger than their previous facility, is designed for optimal efficiency and includes a dedicated parts room and numerous loading docks to streamline daily operations. Additionally, the site was designed to allow for future expansion, ensuring the facility can grow alongside the company’s evolving needs.
