The First Dakota Title Remodel involved comprehensive upgrades to both the interior and exterior of the facility. The project featured a redesigned exterior entry to align with structural interior changes, creating a seamless connection between spaces. Inside, the elevator lobby was enhanced with a wood feature wall and custom-built banquette seating, while a prominent wood community staircase was added, serving both as a circulation element and a gathering space. The scope also included upgraded lighting, a refreshed waiting area and reception desk, and remodeled restrooms to enhance functionality and aesthetics. Additional improvements were made throughout the facility, resulting in a cohesive and modernized environment. Lenae Design, LLC was the interior designer for this project.
