RSA has had the privilege to design 3 buildings, plus an addition for Auto Body Specialties.

In 2002, RSA worked with ABS to plan, program, and design their Sioux Falls office and production facility.  The facility includes 8 shipping lanes and a 4 bay loading dock to accommodate their distribution services. The warehouse is 24,000 square feet, and the offices span 10,000 square feet, for a total building size of 34,000 square feet.

In 2012, ABS contracted again with RSA for their expansion to Watertown.  A 10,100 square foot pre-engineered metal building retail and storage facility was completed in 2013.  The building includes a service counter, showroom, offices, paint mixing room, training and break room, large storage area and loading dock, as well as three drive-in doors. This building serves the purpose of a regional distribution point for ABS.

In 2015, RSA worked with ABS on an expansion at the Sioux Falls facility, adding more warehouse space, paint room, and storage space for an additional 11,000 square feet.

Most recently, in 2016, ABS expanded to Rapid City and RSA designed their 9,500 square foot facility, which includes a warehouse, mixing room, showroom, training room, and offices.
