The building RSA created for us is a true work of art. They listened to what we needed for it to be functional, but also that we wanted this space to inspire others to create. From our first meeting, to the final walkthrough, I knew I could trust the RSA team to guide me through my first building adventure!

My experience with RSA was nothing but positive. From the start, all I told RSA was that I wanted professional, but not fancy. They delivered exactly what I had in mind. My expectation was that construction of a new building would take a lot of time away from my day-to-day activities. But, the communication between Justin and our contractors was so exceptional that I hardly had to get involved at all. If I ever have the need for another new building, I certainly will be working with RSA.

The Goss Opera House in Watertown, SD is very happy with our experience at RSA. The 130 year-old historical building did not have current, workable floor-plans. The crooked walls of the 37,000 square foot building was measured tediously in order to create an actual set of plans to work off from. They also offered much help with our balcony seating obstacles that arose. The communication we received with RSA was phenomenal & I can truly say we thoroughly enjoyed working with them.
